Improve confidence, lose weight, tone up and feel fantastic with this 4 week Bootcamp. Not only will you feel like a new person but you will make friends and bond as a group as you embark on your journey together to a slimmer, happier you.
You can attend up to 5 classes per week, both indoor and outdoor for 4 weeks depending on what you can fit in. Classes will involve circuits, aerobics, kick boxing, strength training and fun and games, all designed to boost your metabolism so you will lose weight and tone up. Classes need to have enough numbers to run and may be postponed.
I will also give lifestyle and nutritional coaching to help ensure your new healthier habits will last, helping you to keep your weight down permanently.
