Rise and Shine Classes
Classes are designed to boost the metabolism for the day ahead and leave you feeling energised and raring to go!
They are packed with fun and fat busting exercises. These are combined with weekly
weigh-
Your Personal Trainer Louise has designed these classes to achieve great results and improve your fitness dramatically.
All fitness levels are welcome; there is something for everyone.
Classes must be booked and paid for in advance and require at least 24 hours notice if unable to attend, failure to attend without notifying myself will result in a session being deducted.
