In your initial consultation, we will;
Discuss the reasons why you have decided to contact me for personal training and any goals you would like to achieve.
Review your exercise history and any obstacles you have encountered.
Look at your current daily routine to see the best way a personal training programme can be included.
Your first session
Based on you consultation we will first formulate an action plan to help achieve your personal fitness and weight goals that fits your expectations and lifestyle.
To assist with this, I will do measurements, bmi, fitness testing, weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure and heart rate.
Throughout our personal training programme, I offer supportive emails, texts and phone calls to make sure you are staying focussed!
I will also look over your food diary and give guidance on where you could make changes if required.
But most importantly I provide fun sessions that are varied and guaranteed to achieve RESULTS!!!
Cancellation of one to one sessions must be made at least 24 hours before a session; failure to do so will incur a charge.
