I went from a completely sedentary lifestyle 4 years ago to a very active one and
have never looked back! I feel fitter, healthier and my confidence has improved
dramatically -
Since then, I have gone from strength to strength with teaching fitness kickboxing classes to working in my local gym and now Personal Training....
I am a competing kickboxer and instructor as well as a keen runner, so you can be sure to have a workout tailored for you, whether you fancy learning how to keep fit through kickboxing, boxing, running, aerobics or my specific weight loss workouts.
I have trained all ages from 5 to 65, helping people achieve their fitness and or weight goals; together we can achieve anything.
